| As a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization, the Cinema Arts Centre relies on contributions from supporters in order to continue to provide incomparable cultural community experiences for our community.
Membership
Membership dollars account for approximately 20% of the Cinema’s annual revenue and provide a consistent and necessary source of income. Members enjoy many benefits, including discounts on all film programs and advance ticket purchases for special programs, including celebrity events.

This fund was established upon the passing of Vic Skolnick, CAC Co-Founder and Co-Director. Vic, a film scholar and much-beloved member of both the Long Island and global film communities, leaves behind a rich legacy of love and inspiration that will continue to be felt for future generations. Leave Your Mark on the Cinema
Leave your permanent mark with a personalized seat plaque in Cinema 3 or purchase engraved bricks in our sculpture garden. This is a lasting tax-deductible way to make a gift in memory or in honor of a friend, family member, loved one, colleague, student or to remember a special occasion, such as a birthday, anniversary, graduation or holiday.

Sponsor a Program
Both corporate and individual donors sponsor special programs such as film festivals, special series and individual films with speakers, celebrities and guests. In exchange, they receive benefits of advertising, on-screen acknowledgement, signage and publicity in the Cinema’s monthly film folio.

Make an In-Kind Gifts Contribution
The Cinema Arts Centre has a “Wish List” of items that would enable us to enhance and improve our ability to provide state-of-the-art visual and audio programming, and/or will improve and enhance the Cinema space both inside and out. In addition, in-kind gifts, such as graphic design, printing, supplies, etc. help the Cinema save money and provide the donor with a tax deduction under applicable IRS regulations.

Make a Planned Gift
One powerful way to show your support for the future of the Cinema Arts Centre is to include the Cinema in your estate plans. The simplest way to make a planned gift is through bequest in one’s will, or to make the Cinema a partial beneficiary of a life insurance policy.
