Virtual Screening Room Instructions

Thank you for visiting our Cinema Arts Centre Virtual Screening Room! If you are experiencing difficulty accessing one of our new releases as offered by one of our partnering distributors, please find the following list of instructions for completing a purchase and viewing a film.

1. Click on the link of the film you wish to view that has been provided by Cinema Arts Centre or follow a link from our website directly.

2. Click “Rent” as indicated on the event page.

3. Sign in or create a free account for the streaming service provided. You will need this log-in to access your content if you sign out, refresh your page, or would like to watch at a later time within the access window.

4. Fill out the payment info in the provided fields and click “Submit” or “Pay.”

5. You will be redirected to the film’s “Watch” page where you can click “Play” or “Watch Now,” to start the film. If you choose to watch later or on a different device, be sure to have your log-in info ready to access that content. Most smart TVs support Google Chromecast or Apple Air Play if your device is synced (but this is not guaranteed). Laptops can be connected to a smart TV via an HDMI cable as well.

Other Notes:

– Please do not create an additional paid account with any streaming service if prompted.

– Most screenings will play best within your browser. However, some streaming services will offer support for Google Chromecast, Apple Air Play, or have a supporting link that can be downloaded to your smart TV, Roku device, or Amazon Firestick.

– In the event you need to make a refund request, please visit the Help page of the streaming service being used and there should be an option to submit that request there.

– Technical issues (such as playback quality, audio issues, or being locked out of your account) should be addressed via the streaming service’s support page.
