Adapted from Ernest Hemingway’s gripping short story, The Killers is widely considered to be director Robert Siodmak’s masterpiece, and one of the great works of the film noir canon. In this Oscar-nominated classic, an insurance investigator (Edmond O’Brian) tries to piece together the murder of a mysterious boxer (Burt Lancaster).
